Financial district office building is sold for $115 million Buyers of 40 Exchange Place decide to keep 20-story building commercial, rather converting it to apartments.
My old office was in this building. What a horrible experience. My compliments to whomever brokered the deal. I tried to find a buyer and couldn't come close to what it traded for.
